license must be carried when driving with an instructor or parent. 2. A student may drive LEGALLY with an instructor or parent after they have attended the first class session. 3. Class time does not include the driving. The driving hours are separate from classroom. These drive times do not necessarily have to be completed by the end of the classroom course. 4. Students are allowed only one driving hour per 24-hour period. They may not drive more than 1 hour per day (does not include driving with a parent or guardian). 5. All course work and driving should be completed within 120 days of the first class date. 6. Students may make up a missed class by coming back in a following session. This is to be on the same day missed. If a student misses day 5, they would attend day five of a following class. 7. If a student misses a drive time without giving a 24-hour notice, a $50.00 no-show fee will be assessed—and must be paid before the next scheduled drive time.
